Window Cleaning Services

$5-$10 a panel inside and out. The work is done with a squeegee and would take approximately 2 hours or more depending on window size/location as well as how dirty the tracks could be. Be sure to count the number of windows you have at your residence - the estimate would be much quicker!

Business Rates

Messy’s Business Package for Small Businesses

$25 a day: Includes disposal of garbage, bathroom cleaning, mopping of floor, vacuum service, as well as a monthly window service.

Business Package for Businesses 4000 sq ft +

$50 a day: includes services listed above as well as complimentary upholstery cleaning done once a month or as needed.

Business Package for Businesses 6000 sq ft +

$100 a day: Complimentary carpet cleaning included.

All Packages for businesses includes dusting, sanitizing. Mirrors are cleaned through every service.

House Cleaning/Residential/Commercial

Housecleaning rates start at 10 cents per sq ft. A house 1200 sq ft would cost $120 per day of service.

Deep Cleaning

Deep cleaning rates begin at $75-$100 an hour. Depending on the size of the home and the amount of workers needed to service the home. Rates begin at $75 an hour.

These rates apply to commercial: apartments, duplexes. They are all applicable to real estate agencies as well.

Carpet Cleaning

$20-$50 a room depending on size and also if pets are allowed indoors. If furniture needs to be moved out - additional charges will be added.

Upholstery/Furniture Cleaning

Rates begin at $50 an hour. Service can be as quick as 1 hour or can vary depending on how much furniture needs to be cleaned.

Car Interior

$50 per hour for a simple shampoo extraction. For two seaters the estimated time of work is 1 hr. Four seaters can take up to 2 hours.

$100 per hour for car interior detail. Which includes dusting the dashboard, sanitizing surfaces, upholstery and carpet shampooing. A shop vacuum is used to take away all the dirt inside the vehicle.
